Thank you for visiting and shopping at CBDeezy. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Due to restrictions set upon us by our payment processor, we are unable to take payments from any countries outside of the EEA, including: Germany, Denmark, Slovakia, Malta and Finland, will be blocked. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Delivery
We’re obliged to deliver to the address on an item, and not the name. We strongly recommend using a private address to ensure you receive your parcel and prevent your parcel being lost. If you use a public/business location as the delivery address, CBDeezy are not liable if the parcel is lost after delivery and a signature is present on the tracking.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed same day if ordered before 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped and are usually not delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates apply to orders placed before 2.30pm and only apply to weekdays.

International Orders
CBDeezy will not ship outside of the UK

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
CBDeezy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
CBDeezy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But if you received your order damaged, please contact us to discuss a replacement.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@cbdeezy.co.uk who will take note of your return and request you return the item to the below address. Please note, unless the return is due an issue with the product or service, we request that you to be responsible for any return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you use a tracked form of delivery for return.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
